The Annual Business Achievements Awards recognizes and celebrates companies who have distinguished themselves by fostering growth, innovation, community service and excellence in their sectors. The winners are chosen by the Nominations Committee who evaluate nominations received from the community.
The winners for all categories except the People’s Choice Award were chosen by the nominations committee who evaluated nominations received from the community. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony.
The People’s Choice Award
This award will be presented to a business that is seen as a leader in the community, is highly engaged and active. This business (and their staff) is engaged in volunteering, community events, and understands the concept of giving back to the community. This business delivers a high level of customer service, is an innovator in their field and has demonstrated overall excellence in business. Voting will be open to the public in October.
For the People’s Choice award, while voting has been open since September 5th, the nominations committee will review the nominees on September 26th. We will then announce the voted nominees on October 1st. Of those nominees, you, the public, will have your chance to vote again to determine the final vote. The voting to determine the People’s Choice final winner will be open until October 7th.
