Summer Employment

The Chamber of Commerce is currently accepting applications for summer student positions. Summer positions are dependent on grant funding from Service Canada and The Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport. Interested students should apply to the Perth & District Chamber of Commerce by the deadline of Tuesday, May 20th.

Duties Include;

Greet and provide information to  visitors to the Chamber Office
Answer phone and email inquiries
Record and maintain Tourism Stats
Liaise with local businesses to promote tourism and Chamber initiatives
Assist with Chamber events
Develop brochures
Website Maintenance
Assist will all activities related to the Chamber of Commerce

Applicants must have great customer service skills and be willing to work weekends throughout the summer. Hours and number of weeks of the positions will depend on secured grants.
