You are invited to take part in this seminar discussing Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) which becomes effective on July 1, 2014. Everyday activities such as sending an email or text message to a member or client will soon be subject to new, detailed rules that will require you to make significant changes to your operational practices.
