Bike Rodeo

Bikes, helmets and obstacle courses are on the agenda for the Perth and District Bike Rodeo!

Hosted at Conlon Farm, the Chamber’s Cycling Committee organized the first Bike Rodeo in May, 2010. Its purpose is to educate youth and adults on bike safety, provide free tune ups and host a number of fun activities related to cycling, including a scavenger hunt! There was also a barbecue, raffle prizes, face painting and entertainment, making the Bike Rodeo a huge attraction for young families.

The inaugural event was so successful the Cycling Committee hosted it again for 2011, and once again drew big numbers. Subsequently, the cycling committee is planning a Bike Rodeo for May 2012!
